I am not someone who enjoys writing reviews unless they are positive, but here goes. On April 10th I booked a haircut with Kelsey for my husband. On April 14th (Sunday) we were sent a confirmation email about his appointment on Monday the 15th at 10 am(today). We confirmed no issue. This morning at 9:10 THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT stylist called and rescheduled him since he was the only person on her schedule today. Most salons CHARGE YOU TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS with less than 24 hour notice but they can just decide today they aren’t feeling it less than an hour before? Not professional at all in my honest opinion. My husband works second shift, so having to schedule IN ADVANCE, AROUND HIS NORMAL SLEEPING HOURS is something he does because he has to. All the staff is extremely kind. I love my new look. They even had some very realistic suggestions to help with some problems that I have had with my hair. I never felt like I was being talked up to buy more from them. The advice they gave were for two products that they don't have in store. They just genuinely want to help.

Kelsey is an amazing barber. Professional, friendly and cuts hair very well. Best true barber I've been to in a very long time. Highly recommend.

This place is beyond amazing these ladies are wonderful Mrs. Tammy did an AMAZING job on my hair I told her to do what looks best and she did it... I have never felt so confident and beautiful... Ms. Janet is also wonderful with a great personality.. .. can’t wait to see these ladies again!
