I’m going to be brutally honest. Do not come here I got my hair done here three times and the second time I came here not only did I get charged almost $300 for just a root touchup but this blonde skinny lady burnt my hair. To the point where it would just come out and come out and come out and mind you I’ve been dying my hair for two years and this has never happened before. So then I come back here about six months later, And not only did I not get a root touchup like I asked for, she just put bleach in the back Of my head mind you I did not ask her for that. I had a photo inspo and not only did it not blend, but she didn’t even do the roots what I asked for in the beginning!! and then when I told her it wasn’t what I wanted she charged me 50 more dollars. This was my first visit and I had the pleasure of meeting Shawna - she was super informative on proper hair care. She educated me on things I didn’t know, and recommendations on good hair products. This information was valuable to me, especially since I have had concerns about hair loss and have the desire to make my hair healthier. She gave me some tips I am implementing! Most horrible hair cut with so much hate by the owner, when I through the owner will do her best job. I had the most beautiful long hair and asked for a trim and couple layers, she just took a caesars and cut my hair down on dry hair not even looking if she is cutting same, as if she would have hated how beautiful my long hair was. Every time I’m straightening my hair now, I’m crying and thinking how I went into such a horrible place and spend $145 to ruined my hair😭

Started seeing Ana in about November after my long time hairdresser quit doing hair. Ana is nice and her prices are inexpensive. However, she always seems rushed when cutting hair. I started off just getting trims to see how she works. Last month I gave her a range showed her some pictures and she did something in the middle of the road. It was alright cut nothing fabulous. This month I decided to actually cut it into a style. I showed her the style gave her specific directions. Unfortunately she chopped off all my hair. It's completely uneven and I had to have my husband correct it at home.
