Alive & Well

I've been a client for 9 years. Angie is not your typical massage therapist. She's a healer in every sense of the word. I'm a healthy 40 something mother and have always been an athlete but I fell down a flight of stairs. Angie got me back to my normal exercises and pain free in record time. And she is there when I mess up. I've twisted an ankle when I dismounted off bleachers improperly, I've wrenched my rotary cuff with repetitive dance moves, and received a crick in my neck from wrestling around with the kids. Angie fixes all my muscle maladies and tells me how to care for them when i'm not in her office. HIGHLY recommend, Alive & Well to all my friends, colleagues and fellow mothers.

Angie keeps my neck and shoulders loose and eases the arthritis pain and stiffness throughout my body. I also have fibromyalgia and without Angie I would stay in constant pain. Have been a client for many years and highly recommend.
