I have been receiving myofacial release and massage therapy from Alison for the past few weeks for facial tension and back pain. I have been seeing Allison for a couple years and she is amazing. She is wonderful at customizing your massage to your specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns to give me the massage I need. She is always checking in on your comfort with pressure and for me I love deep tissue massage and she is the best I have ever had. I've been receiving massage treatments from Alison for over a year. I have nerve, joint, and muscle issues, some require cortisone shots from my doctor. I decided that I would try regular massages in hopes that it would extend my time between injections. I am happy to say that Alison has helped me achieve this! I can always count on her to find and fix my troubled areas, and she even finds problematic areas that I wasn't aware of. Each and every time I get off her table, I have more mobility and the pain is lessened. I highly recommend her and her services, 5 stars isn't even enough!

I have two LMT’s right now and both are excellent in their own expertise. Alison is the first to work MFR on me and it is just fabulous.
