I asked for a clean up. And the girl did whatever she wanted. She thinned them out so bad and left them super uneven. I barely have an eyebrow on the right side. The pics are the thinned out eyebrows and how I had them before. It takes me a long time to grow them out which is why I am so pissed off and this has happened twice already with them. Never going back. I was a loyal customer for years and I even after I moved to a different state I was loyal. Never again. I don’t know how they can mess them up so bad and not expect anyone to say anything.

My eyebrows are always a hit or miss. It's never consistent and their hours aren't accurate either. There is a young girl there that was so rude when I told her she messed up my brows. I have thick brows and she made them super thin. She had the nerve to get an attitude and be frustrated with me and denied messing up my brows. Also it says 8 online and on the door but they close much earlier which is frustrating, showing up to be told they're already closed but they were just sitting down chatting and not making an attempt to actually close. They need to update their sign and hours online

Artya and Priya were awesome, they also do a great job at waxing. Today I tried their facial and it was amazing, definitely coming back next time!

Today I have decided not to go back to this establishment anymore. I paid $135. for a full body wax. They used their dirty roll on wax that they use on everyone minus my bikini area. Reassuring me they switch n clean the roll on tops for each person ; ( that's a HUGE LIE ) The reason why I first came here was so I can use my own wax ; now they r charging an extra $10 EACH session for wax ( so if I use the whole wax jar and it takes me 5 uses then it will cost me $50. per wax jar cause they are only using it for bikini. everything else they use the roll on . ( then they said it's an extra $10 to USE your own wax ( cause they use the roll on to save time ) and $ 10 for the wax each session. Why do I have to pay to use my own wax?? Why do I have to pay $50 for a jar of wax? Aside from
