I’ve been seeing Katie for over a year now, and she is truly incredible at what she does. I carry most of my tension and stress in my back, neck, and shoulders, and after trying physical therapy, dry needling, muscle relaxers, and even the chiropractor, massage has been the one thing that consistently brings me relief. Katie is exceptionally talented in her craft. She listens, understands exactly what my body needs, and somehow always finds the areas that need the most attention. She also has an amazing ability to read the room—she knows when I’m in the mood to chat and when I just want quiet, relaxing silence. Every session leaves me feeling better, lighter, and more aligned. I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her enough!
