Brooke is an incredibly knowledgeable injector with the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. I have been to many many injectors over the years and she has been the best hands down. I couldn’t believe how much I learned from her in our consultation before deciding Dysport was best for me. They have many options for Botox. I rebooked with her and I will stick with her as I am confidenct my results with her will be amazing. She was so sweet and nice and sometimes that can be hard to find. I feel totally welcome here and not just “another client”. She is very thorough and truly cares about her field in a passionate way. My wife and I previously owned a few med spas, so we tend to notice operational details others might not. We truly loved the atmosphere here, the space is welcoming, the staff were very polite, and the front desk was attentive and inviting. From a former owner’s perspective, the one area we noticed for improvement is staff access to treatments. In our experience running successful med spas in North Carolina, we believed strongly in providing regular treatments to all staff. When team members personally experience the services, it builds confidence, authenticity, and makes selling much more natural.
