When I first moved to the Columbia area I struggled to find someone to do my hair, I bounced around to a few different places. That being said, Alicia's work is amazing and I will be a regular customer for a long time. Her salon environment itself super aesthetic and relaxing, but she is the best! She takes her time to understand your goals, sets realistic expectations, gives great recommendations for at home care, and creates such a safe, welcoming environment.

I only have good things to say about Alicia and her work! I came in needing a lot of work done- the bottom half of my hair was this super brassy copper color, while the top half was my grown in, natural color. I wanted a low-maintenance balayage, and Alicia delivered!! She used high quality products that she trusted to protect the integrity of my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and I left my appointment feeling like myself again. Also, she is the sweetest human and we had great conversation the entire appointment! 10/10 would recommend Alicia Snow for all of your blonding, balayage, and hair brightening needs!

I’ve never had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done! Alicia really took the time to get familiar with my hair and understand my hair goals. She then suggested what we should do to meet those goals. It was a completely tailored experience! I felt like she understood my vision and what we needed to do to accomplish it. The environment Alicia created was warm and comfortable. From the conversation to the snacks she provided, I felt so welcome!

This was my first time seeing Alicia and OH. MY. GOSH. I have never left a salon so in love with my hair! After several bad experiences with other salons I was left with results that weren’t what I wanted, not this time! Alicia really takes the time to learn your hair history and understand why certain things might be happening and works with you to find ways to fix that. Her online consultation format was a dream! I was able to show her my inspiration and explain what I wanted, which allowed us to jump straight in come appointment time. She has the best personality and I had a great time in her chair the whole time I was there. I can’t wait for my next appointment and will definitely be recommending her to friends and family!!

I saw Alicia for the first time for highlights and I am SO happy that I found her. I was nervous to go to someone else for the first time in 8 years to do my blonde and she was amazing! I can't remember the last time I was this happy with my hair. She is truly a blonde specialist. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about keeping your hair healthy while getting your desired result and let's you know what to expect moving forward. Alicia was promt and super efficient along with having a great personality which helps make you feel comfortable spending time in the salon. I will be back and recommend anyone to TRUST her with your hair!
