I had a one-hour combo massage and it was excellent 👍 The place is the cleanest spa I’ve ever been to. Alice, the owner, is very kind and welcoming 😊 The staff are friendly and skilled. If you tell them where you have pain, they focus on that area and it really helps. My body felt much better afterward. The price is so good that I bought the coupon package (buy 10, get 3 extra) — great deal! Some staff have limited English, so using a translator app can be helpful 📱 Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I have tried many massage places in the palisades park area, but this one is truly the best. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the massages are incredible. The prices are also very reasonable. We originally went in for a couple’s massage without expecting much because it was so affordable, but we ended up buying a 13 session gift certificate! Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience. I went for a couples massage with my spouse. While my massage was good, the overall experience was completely ruined by the other therapist, who took more than a dozen phone calls to confirm appointments while massaging my spouse. This was surprising and unprofessional. A massage is meant to be relaxing, and hearing someone take repeated phone calls defeats the entire purpose. Clients should not have to listen to business calls during their session.

I went to Alice Spa with my sister and we had an amazing experience! The massage was absolutely wonderful we both felt so relaxed afterwards. The place is super clean, cozy, and has a very calming atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to going back soon. Highly recommend!

Excellent massage in a relaxing establishment. I enjoyed the back and foot combo. Great value. I plan to be a regular client.
