I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon in my life. I called and asked if they could do a simple GelX removal. They said they could so I went. They started by trying to PEEL my nails off with their fingers and even a card. I told them that usually they just file them down, and then put a cotton ball with acetone on and foil to hold it in place, soak for 10 min and then take it off with a scraper and a light file. They proceeded to soak all my fingers in a bath of acetone without filing them. I asked if they could file the color off first and they did, which was great. I continued to soak my hands in this acetone bath which ruined my fingers, and then someone came and filed my nails RAW (so painful) with not just used, but DIRTY files (which is illegal, see picture). My nails grow curved naturally which means that acrylic coverage as well as when being polished the sides must be paid attention to and covered. When the owner Ali misses the sides, leaving my nail exposed, water gets under the acrylic, my nail snags clothes, as well as my nail ripping. This time he told me “ BE QUIET” , as I demanded that he cover the exposed nails. He then walked out the salon and left me and my 1/2 done nails in the seat. When he entered again he called the next customer. I asked if he wasn’t going to finish my nails, he said “ NO!, don’t call me anymore!” And the picture shows the current state of my nails. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

there’s literally a hair in my nail and they’re messed up, if you’re trying to get your nails done for a big event I do not recommend this place at all and my nail and the photo i showed do not look the same, honestly never go here, I knew it was a bad choice going to a different nail salon from the one I usually go to

This place is such a hit or miss. It's a convenience thing to come here. Gel manicure was ok, lasted about 10 days Sweet older Asian woman does a decent job, best at feet for sure. I recently came to get my eyebrows done and they were destroyed with no accountability on the waxer. Never going back to her. Super slim Asian woman.
