This store is absolutely amazing! As a hairstylist, this is where I buy all of my hair products. They have the best prices and a great selection. I’m especially in love with their lashes — I used to pay $6.99 for them at Elegant, so the savings here are a huge plus!

The Boynton Beach location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. As a loyal, regular customer, I was told their system was “down,” and instead of trying to find a solution for me to use my store credit, they made the process unnecessarily difficult by asking irrelevant questions and offering no real help. AIL is AIL. Telling me I can’t use my store credit at another location is the same as saying I can’t return something to AIL Beauty just because it was purchased at a different AIL Beauty. That makes absolutely no sense. There was no effort to accommodate or value me as a customer. I’m honestly tired of the constant excuses and poor customer service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I chose to call it out.

They were sooooo sweetttt mannn! Very helpful, didn’t rush and genuinely took their time with me and my mom! If I could give 10 stars I would, they made our experience feel so welcoming and wholesome.
