I’ve been a loyal customer since the very first day this store opened, and my experience has always been amazing. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the store consistently offers quality products. It’s great to see how much they’ve grown while still providing excellent customer service. I’m giving this store one star based on my recent experience with the staff. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4–5 years, and unfortunately the level of customer service has noticeably changed. When I walked in, no one greeted me—several employees simply stared. I was asked once if I needed help, but afterwards I had to go search for assistance while one employee stayed behind the register and another worked on wigs. I had a simple question about whether an item was included in the sale. After being told it wasn’t, I commented aloud, “Wow, that’s a lot for one pack of hair”—not directed at anyone personally. The gentleman at the register reacted by throwing his hands over his face, appearing annoyed. When I asked if everything was okay, he responded, “I don’t make the prices, I just wo
