Did a good job with my hair but the only thing that was distasteful was how people assume that because of your race they think you don’t understand Spanish and when your in a profession to do people’s hair and someone is paying you shouldn’t be talking about the customer or the type of hair that they have it was just very unprofessional and the fact that people don’t understand the true heritage that they come from and have the nerve to talk about blacks is disgustingly unprofessional. I have siblings and family members that are Puerto Rican and Dominican so I understand Spanish more than what people assume I just like to pretend that I don’t so people make a fool of themselves

I am very disappointed with this salon. My niece came in for a simple service, and without asking for permission or explaining what they were doing, they put a chemical relaxer in her hair. This is extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Parents and guardians should be fully informed before any chemical treatment is applied to a child’s hair. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism and respect for clients.

If you have natural hair 4c type stay far far away from them. About 10 years ago I used to go to them when my hair was relaxed. I went natural about 8-9 years ago so I have not been to them in ages. After taking out my braids I had an event and had to travel and I had to do something with my hair! I asked for a silk press and trimming of split ends. They used a lot of heat, my hair smelled burned for days. That’s not even the worse part. While on vacation I was going to the beach and pool so I was washing my hair every single day! My curls never came back! They left my hair damaged and patchy and straightened! They must be putting something in their conditioner or shampoo that straightened my hair! Horrible experience. They put a relaxer in my daughter’s hair without my permission and ruined her natural curls. Completely unprofessional do NOT trust them with your child’s hair

This is always my go-to place when I'm not doing braids. Since I went naturally, my 4c hair can become very overwhelming.I had braids for months, so my hair was very damaged. You would think I got a perm, but it's a keratin treatment and trim. I was so happy with the results. Marta instructed me on the process and took extra time and effort to make my hair was extra fabulous. I went in looking a mess and came out at my best. strongly recommend.
