I had the absolute BEST experience at Alexis James Salon! From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with the warmest welcome. Dani did a full mommy makeover on me, from color, extension install, blending, etc.! She walked me through everything she was doing, how to keep my extensions fresh as well as my color. The salon is the cutest atmosphere and so fun! I will never go to another salon! Thank you so much for the best experience and best day!

I just have to gush about how incredible Haley is! I’ve seen her twice now, and somehow each appointment turns out even better than the last. She’s a true professional—share an inspo pic or even just a vibe, and she brings it to life flawlessly. The salon itself is adorable, and everyone there is so warm and welcoming. I’m genuinely so excited to have found my go-to girl for all things hair. Highly recommend! ✨💇🏽‍♀️

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Both appointment times ran over an hour late (almost an hour and a half) before I was seated. After paying $1,400 for hair extensions, I later reached out with concerns about the installation and did not receive a response. I felt dismissed and unsupported after the service, and ultimately had to have the extensions removed by another stylist. For a service at this price point, I expected better communication, punctuality, and follow-up. While she did a good job correcting my color during my first appointment, it does not outweigh the overall experience I had.

Haley is proof that angels exist on earth. If I were on my deathbed with one final, wish it would be for Haley to do my hair one last time. There’s literally no higher recommendation I could give. She’s an answer to all prayers with an unmatchable skill set. If you’re contemplating between going to her or anyone else, and choose someone else.. I will pray for you to make better life decisions. On another note, the salon is so cute and doesn’t host that painful mean girl energy. All the stylists here are incredible and harbor such a welcoming spirit. You can tell love was poured into every square inch of this space. Absolutely all of the love in the world for Alexis James Salon!

My favorite salon hands down! Very professional, cute and fun! The energy there is always the best. Always leave loving my hair and feeling fabulous.
