So blessed they were able to squeeze my daughter in to get her a hair braided. She had her sweet 16 pics and another hairstylist flaked on is. Jamia (might have spelled her name wrong)was so great with my daughter and teaching her how to take care of her hair style. She also guided me in what type of hair to purchase for the look she’s wanting the day of her sweet 16. I definitely booked her for her special day. They were all so sweet and even put up with me showing up 30 min early because I was so nervous and didn’t want to be late 🥹 So thankful for this team!! I’ll be back to add her sweet 16 pics ❤️ I absolutely love my daughter’s braids. Even though there was a mishap they handled it very professionally and still took care of my girls! I am grateful for the owners and the hairstylist

The people who run this are not bad people very friendly and nice. How ever after getting a sew in I’m highly disappointed in the level of service. I am not a professional by any means how ever I have had dozens of sew ins done in my life. The braid pattern is wonky and a different person did them not the stylist who did the sew in. Well then after just a week of the sew in being done I had multiple tracks lift up the front was so discombobulated my hair no longer covered the braids. I went back after calling to get it fixed. To start there are not enough tracks in the style but it was sewn down a second time and then the super crazy happened. My hair was super cooked with spritz heat from the flat iron and I think edge control. Long story short I look like a hot mess with stiff waterfalls

I came in this morning after calling for a last minute appointment. Jimmy cut my hair and did an amazing job. I am so glad I found your salon and am bringing my son to see him Saturday for a good haircut as well. Super professional and respectful. I felt at ease the whole time I was there which is not a normal feeling for me. I finally found somewhere I am comfortable getting my hair cut with again

Jimmy is very professional and is attentive to his customers’ needs. I have been going to Alexa’s for years for two reasons: 1) Jimmy and his wife Sheryl provide a great service and maintain a professional atmosphere; and 2) we have a good relationship. They are good people. Would recommend.

I know that Sheryl and Jimmy are Very Experienced and just good people All around , that you get a Sense of Trust that they actually Care about their customers and their satisfaction in doing your hair. They are willing to work with you and around Your schedule to try to get you in. Inside is also a Store with Beauty Supplies, for Women and Men. The atmosphere in there is very Nice and Calming. A bit Pricey for some things, but at the end of the day- You Get What You Pay For and That is Beautiful Hair, Styles and Cuts)!!!!....
