Loveeee Alex nails!!! My nail tech is officially my permanent nail tech for sure!! I got the hard gel manicure with just pink natural look and I’m in love!!! She was gentle kind and patient because I did change my mind a couple times I left her $20 tip cash!!! CASH TIP ONLY SO IF U GO BRING CASH THEY DESERVE IT!! My whole bill with tip included was less then $100 I will be back every 2 weeks for fill in

I have been going to Alex nail and spa for 5-6 years now. Im very picky at time's liking things a very certain way and Michelle always delivers! She makes any changes to the design if I ask and always checks with me to make sure I like things before we keep going. She doesn't make you feel bad for changing something to your liking during the process, either. My cuticles always look so fresh and my shape is always crisp. I'll show her a picture and she grabs all the colors and gets to work. The professionalism is also very important to me and they are just that! I highly recommend! Oh and with booking they always book accordingly and you never are sitting there waiting and held up. They do things in a very time sufficient matter and I especially love that too. * For first time people pleas

Zero Stars. Made reservations and for two sets of Mani/Pedi. As more patrons started to pour in my pedi became tremendously rushed. I chose to overlook the missed left-foot massage and nail polish splattered around my skin. But then.... she caught the attention of head nail tech after rushing through my manicure and throwing down her utensils (Even the nail tech next to us started taking notice) I asked if she was going to help my nail tech because she is getting very frustrated with the very plane pattern (seen on my big toe pictures) and after a lengthy conversation in Chinese she asked what I wanted. I said to come to the nail salon for nails... if that’s too much I would like to pay for my toes and leave. It was very uncomfortable and my daughter was really embarrassed. I felt for $97

I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this salon since 2016 as I grew up in the area. When I arrived (04/15) to spend a girls day with my friend there I initially wanted a full set and a pedicure but changed my mind to just a mani-pedi with gel. I was charged $68, which is the price of a set ($40) and the pedicure ($28) instead of the $30-$40 something it should’ve cost me. The lady who did my pedicure was rude. I am a little hard of hearing in my right ear and when she would ask me something and I had a hard time hearing or didn’t answer “correctly” she would mock me to the other lady also doing pedicures. She told me I have too small little toes and was telling the other lady as well. She put way too much gel on my toes and by today they have mostly all peeled off
