Alex City Nails

I have been to this location several times and usually have a great experience. However, today I came in for a fill in and a repair of two nails. The woman who did my nails huffed and puffed the entire time after telling her that I got my nails done somewhere else as an out of state college student. She also seemed to be in a rush to finish my nails. She slammed products around and kept yanking my hands. It's unfortunate that her attitude was terrible because the final product of my nails is great. It's also unfortunate that I paid nearly $80 for a fill in, repair of two nails, gel, and French tip!!

They did a great job. She took her time with me but I also felt like it went quickly. I used the Zen liquid gel and it looks awesome.

This is the first time I’ve been here and they treat you like family and make sure you have everything you need. They did a fabulous job on a pedicure and a manicure. I will absolutely come here again. I highly recommend them!

Not happy!!!! spent 170 dollars for chrome on nails and toes and was told the spots and dips on my nails is normal for dip powder. Well if that’s normal then wish you had told me that they will look like crap. Picture does not show how bad they are. When I went back by and asked the tech, he says it was normal, did not try to redo them. Out of my 10 fingers, 8 of them has dips in them or bumps. UGH
