If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where do I even start? I went there last April for blonde highlights, my daughter wanted an hombre hair color. Hombre means only the tips are lightened, the mid section is semi lightened. The lady doing my daughters hair didn't even speak English, big red flag. She completely foils my daughters entire head, over processed her hair. It was all blonde. The woman did this on purpose. She then calls her daughter puts her on speaker phone and has her daughter insult my daughter telling her how inappropriate it was for her to get colored hair because she was only 10. Which blew my mind how UNPROFESSIONAL WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND YOU MOCK MY CHILD AND RUIN HER HAIR? Then Lizzet completely over processed my hair all while she kept bringing up my aunt

Very nice and Friendly people. We have just moved to the neighborhood. And I was looking for a place to take my mother. I found this place by chance. And I loved it my mom loved it. Very good prices too. My mom had a nice hair color and haircut. She said she found a new favorite place

Ive gotten my hair done w both lissette and lourdes. I love how my hair comes out. Jenny is amazing w the mani and pedi. Family owned and super professional and clean.

3++++ I have been going to Alejandra since she was working in her basement. I refuse to go anywhere else. I live on the far northside and her salon in over 45 min from me and i will gladly make the trip to have my hair done =]

They took their time and did a great job. Love how my hair looks. Will definitely be back!! 😍😍
