Alchemy Wellness Studio

I recently visited Alchemy wellness spa while on a professional route as part of my work with Xfinity. My colleagues and I were curious about the services offered and approached the property respectfully. Unfortunately, the interaction with the owner was not welcoming. After initially discussing services, we were asked to leave and later approached in a rather aggressive manner. We felt that the interaction was unprofessional, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. I hope the business can foster more positive and welcoming interactions in the future. Response to Owner: Let’s be clear and honest. Faith is AMAZING at what she does. She gives the best facials and always leaves my skin feeling so healthy and glowing. I've been seeing her once a month for almost two years and every time, she makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It is clear how much she genuinely loves her clients and what she does. I most recently had the scalp sanctuary headspa; it was incredibly relaxing and left my hair so shiny and soft!

Had the pleasure of visiting Faith yesterday. She is so approachable and made sure I was comfortable at all times. My treatment was refreshing and relaxing. Can’t wait to make my next appointment!

Faith is incredible! She listens to the concerns of her clients and works with you. Her facials are so relaxing...an absolute must after a trying week. My permanent makeup eyeliner is probably the best ever. No fuss in the morning, no smudge in the afternoon. I highly recommend it and Faith!
