I’ve come here for a while now and have absolutely loved it! I tell people about this place all the time. But yesterday I went and got a manicure/pedicure and I got chrome powder on all my nails to make them look like chrome gold. I wanted to treat myself as my brother just got surgery, my grandma just got pacemaker Put in, and I just found out my mom had lupus. I really needed to pick me up. Well today, a bunch of the polish is coming off and chipping. I’m not even doing anything and it’s coming off. I work on the computer so I don’t do anything that would cause that. The last time I got chrome designs the same thing happened, but I didn’t make a fuss. But since I just spent $120 yesterday I decided to say something because that’s a lot of money! I’m an old customer , Came today get my nails done they gave me a new tech to do my nails I showed her the nails I wanted when she started she was pushing the acrylic so hard and it was drying fast when she was moving it and was hard for her to shape it I end up getting a shape I didn’t like when I asked very nicely if I can get a different tech because I wanted to leave satisfied they refused even tho I saw lot of techs relaxing on the pedi chairs, and the receptionist asked me to leave without paying if I didn’t like them already. I’ll leave a pic of my nails I will never return to that place again very unprofessional and I don’t recommend at all, also poor management. Make sure you spend your money in places you will receive the best customer service at.

I’ve been there twice in the first time I got a pedicure. I loved it and I definitely wanted to come back So on Friday I’m not sure if my nail tech just had an issue with me or if he was just lazy, but not only do I hate my pedicure because he knew that it needed another coat. It’s see-through on some parts of the nails and then not on other parts ? I didn’t think it was an explanatory thing to be fixed, but he didn’t fix it and then my manicure… I got my nails done on Friday and before I went to bed that night seven out of 10 of my nails are chipped. I don’t know if he just didn’t prep them or if it’s just poor product, but I’m very disappointed that I paid $75 for this it’s Sunday why do my nails and toes look like this.

I had the BEST experience with Tommy at Alchemist Nail Salon in Lynnhaven! His customer service is outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. The quality of his work is exceptional, with amazing attention to detail and care. My nails came out absolutely beautiful 💅, and I could tell he truly takes pride in his craft. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of skill, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend booking with Tommy. One of the best nail techs I’ve ever had!

I just know I'm not crazy. I paid $140 for square ombré acrylics and left very disappointed. The nails are uneven in length and shape, bulky near the cuticle, and the ombré is poorly blended with a visible harsh line. This is not professional work for the price charged. I hope the salon will fix this but in the meantime i cannot recommend this salon for ombré or acrylic services. On top of that she randomly cut my own nails down for no reason.
