Overpriced and bad quality polish. I’ll give it to you the ambiance in this establishment is definitely on the more luxurious side however the price for the quality of polish is nothing short of insulting. You can imagine my surprise when I was made aware that to remove my previous polish (Russian) was 30$(which was a first because I’ve never had to pay for polish removal) I was expecting it would take some elaborate intricate methodology in order to remove the tougher polish however being that it took the technician 6 minutes to remove my manicure I later felt stupid complying with this unreasonable price. And the polish itself is an opaque pink yet after 3 coats it was still slightly streaky and blotchy and certainly not worth the 75+tip I had to pay. If that’s not enough it’s barely be

Long time customer. Said they had a sign on door about a policy, was my first time hearing about it. Just as they stated my manicure she decided to say something about policy, so respectfully I offered to leave, it turns out as I was leaving I looked for the sign, I said ‘I don’t see the sign’ she said ‘oh, it’s on the door’. I open the door to leave notice no sign. I asked her again, and the manager/owner said, ‘oh, I’ll put it up’ - there was never such a policy, she made it up on the spot, clearly. Was nauseously nice when asking me to leave when it turns out she just made up the policy on the spot. Rude.

Did a gel manicure. Great staff, greeting and little wait time. Nail prep fantastic. Polish and file, lumpy and crooked. Overall did not get membership

I got the worst gel manicure in my life. They rushed because it was close to closing time and they didn’t cut the cuticles or put the polish on normally. They didn’t leave it to dry so every nail was smudged. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else! The polish also chipped 20 minutes after leaving!

Had an amazing experience at this salon. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing with gentle music playing in the background. Norma did a great job at spa pedicure and heavenly 20 minute massage. Then she did yet another great job on my mani and another awesome 30 minute back massage. Very happy with the service.
