Alban Hair Design

I have been coming to Alban Hair design for 9 years! I always leave so content. I have had several keratin treatments, root coloring and haircuts! Jill feels like family, offering coffee, or whatever she has cooked during the week. The ease of booking on her website is also fabulous! I love the pride that Jill takes in her work and the passion she has for making customers satisfied! I added a picture of the work she does!

I have gone to Jill for over 15 years. I have lived in New York and Connecticut and Maryland and Jill is one of the best hair designers that I have ever used. She is smart and she does an amazing job. She goes above and beyond and she makes you feel very comfortable And I am now traveling over an hour each way to see her and I wouldn’t trust anyone else and I would follow her anywhere.

Jill was horrible her attitude towards me was extremely rude as she kicked me out the store and told me to call the cops because I asked her to take a look at my hair that she messed up I will never come here again and I hope that karma comes to this lady. I was extremely excited because my engagement party was this Saturday and her attitude and work ethic was disgusting and ruined my weekend

I love her!! Finally could get my keratin treatment, my hair looks awesome. And I also go every month for root color. She is the best, wonderful service.

Very terrible experience. I went in for hair treatment and left with the same hair I went in with. Not to mention she charged me for full price of hair when I only had my roots done. When I called and asked I was left with very unprofessional attitude and no accountability was taken. The owner, Jill is rude and unprofessional.
