Alba Salon and Spa

I had such an amazing experience with Bri at Alba! She is not only an incredibly talented hairdresser, but also such a kind and welcoming person. The first time I went in for highlights, she achieved exactly what I wanted while still prioritizing the health of my hair. Most recently, I came in for a haircut and she kept the length I love while making my hair look and feel so much healthier and refreshed. I highly recommend booking with Bri!

Not happy. Tried to book this place for kid cuts after reading reviews online from a few moms. When we arrived, we were told our stylist was running 10 min behind. After 15 minutes, I asked for an update. I was informed that it would be another 10 min. I don’t mind waiting but when you are running a total of 30 min behind into a 45 min kid cut, it doesn’t make a mom happy. It’s not fair to the next customer (me!). Communication was poor and the stylist herself did not come out to apologize.

Ely is one of those stylists who goes above & beyond for her clients! I love how my hair turned out & so very grateful of how well she did. 💕 Will definitely be back soon. 🥰

Poor experience and never even went forward with appointment. I arrive discuss desired face framing baby highlights and the stylist immediately disappears for 10+ min to "consult with owner." She comes back with a waiver for me to sign stating if anything happens to my extensions done elsewhere they aren't liable. I explain that I do not want my extensions touched or colored and was told that she would be working around them. I refused to sign waiver and left. I would have appreciated if the stylist had just admitted to not feeling confident with the coloring instead of disappearing and then coming back with a waiver??? Who does that?? She was not confident and should have just been honest about it.

Emma did such an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience for my first time at the salon. I’m still gushing about the experience 3 hours after leaving her chair. I will be coming to alba for all of my spa/salon needs moving forward!
