Alabaster Box Therapeutic Massage and Spa

Kimberly is fantastic! I have been going to her for 8 years for 2 times a month. I like her deep tissue massage but also the relaxing massage. She has a wide variety of knowledge and experience. She has impeccable professionalism and manners. She also gives you the full time!! She doesn’t quit 10 minutes early to cleanup for her next appointment. For 30 years I went for the best Groupon coupon; not any more! Plus, she occasionally she offers specials. I can’t wait to see her next!

I recently visited the Alabaster Box to get a one hour massage. I bought the massage from Groupon for my partner and I. He went about 2 weeks before me and said it was one of the best massages he's ever had. He said his hip and back pain was gone afterwards. Which is a good thing. So, now my turn. It was easy to find this establishment and to park. I parked on the side street with no issue. Walking into the establishment there wasn't anyone at the front desk, but the sign said to ring the bell. I did so and waited. It smelled heavenly in the waiting room and I could hear soft music playing. I was in relaxation zone. I loved it. It was nicely decorated and had a calming ambiance. I have stopped going to all other massage places because I've found my home with Alabaster Box. My daughters bought me a Groupon gift certificate for Mother’s Day for the spa aromatherapy massage. It was definitely an amazing experience. Kimberly is very sweet and truly a blessing for someone that needs a peaceful 60 min retreat!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment through Groupon for a massage and the day of my appointment I got a text that it had to be canceled. I asked about another date to reschedule and it took a week for a response. She then gave me a date available and I texted back that it would be fine. I never got a response back and kept texting if the appointment was still available. I finally got a response that the date given to me was already booked. She then gave me another option and I texted back that I wanted that appointment. I show up for my appointment and there is a sign on the door to wait and that they are with a customer. I wait 15 minutes and nobody comes out to get me. I called and left a voicemail that I was waiting for the appointment that was now 15 minutes late. I h
