I received a great deal for home delivery until extending the subscription. Since the delivery; sporadically I have not received the paper in two weeks. Each time the Press has graciously extended the subscription. What about the lost papers, I've enjoyed with the delivery. I've called the automated number and it does not recognize my information. Does anyone monitor the automated info.?

Absolutely the worst media service! They are behind the curve in reporting anything. They are overpriced! You can't communicate with them. Even their text service doesn't work. Their account tools are horrible. They are driving customers away! They just tried to raise my subscription to $39.26 up from $28.73. That is a 36.65% increase. I'm guessing shareholder earnings are down!

I’ve had the paper coming for years. I always enjoyed getting the last 4 weeks I’ve not gotten it and no replacement paper. I keep calling and nothing they say they are contacting supervisor but whoever it is hasn’t done anything just sitting back and collecting a check. I’ve not even received the weekly ads. They say no regular carrier for area but why am I not getting mine? You’d think that someone in 4 weeks would get it right or the supervisor would do their job. I guess not customers are not to important anymore. Last Sunday I even took pictures of yard so if anyone sees it let me know Week 5 and still no paprika. Called ro to cancel he said emails going back and forth trying to fix it. It takes more than emails to fix. The person I talked to said give two more weeks on us. It will b

HORRIBLE service! Twice I have tried to start a subscription. Both times I never received a paper even after I call customer service repeatedly. Neighbors received paper, but not me. I am being charged on my credit card and cannot get the message to delivery to please start bringing my paper.
