AL Nails

If your looking for a new nail salon I found it today . Mike took me Asa I walked in no wait he did a wonderful job doing my nails. This definitely is my new spot. They do art on nails that's beautiful along with waxing pedicures manicure 💅 I'm so glad I found this place there definitely gonna see me again. AL Nails has top of the line service very clean very reasonably priced. Ask for Mike he's talented I give them a 5 outta 5 and will be back again. So if you are looking for a nail shop in the ensley, 5points area this is it I recommend trying this spot. Ty Mike for your beautiful work

I’m not very pleased. Went in for a nail repair and fill-in. My service was rushed. My nails are lumpy. While using the electric buffer the tech kept hitting my nails and making them uneven. I’ll be taking this set off and getting a full set some place else. I felt it was overpriced for work that I obtained. Seems like the tech was a student instead of experienced but I will not return and do not recommend.

Rating my experience based upon my request for a acrylic fill ins. I only had 2 nails missing which were Gel acrylic nails previously done by my designated nail tech but I was in a rush for my update. The woman was rude & basically argumentative about my payment being more than I normally pay . So I decided not to continue the service and I've never considered them again for my nails. $50 is way too high for a fill in of acrylic gel nails . My designated nail techs located in Homewood never charge me based on my polish design. The prices vary although if I want designs or a certain length. Furthermore now , I go to AL Nails only for my brows. I rate their brow/facial technician to the highest expectations. I love the way she does mine. Keep them nice, even, and thick as I desire. This was my first time trying them I came in for a fill in and nail repair. I was glad that I was able to be serviced fast but all while doing my nails I felt rushed I couldnt really look at polish he was kind of aggressive with the pulling of my fingers no real interaction I was asking questions he was really short with answering it just wasnt the feel I was looking for I chose the halo h11 reflective polish and literally as I look at my nails my real nails are visible I still feel the scraggly edges and see that a little of my old polish is still underneath one of my nails he never even asked if I was happy with the service had he I would have told him then I gave it 3 stars for its incredible look and location but I probably won't be returning until they get a little more settled and

Customer service very bad. I will never return. Nails looks as nothing was done rush job. No tip for them!!!
