They do good work! And they are quick. Important piece of advice. Discuss and confirm pricing in advance! One time I went in my braids were $80 (I had discussed pricing in advance). The next time I went in my braids were $105 (didn'tdiscuss pricing in advance). $25 price difference for the exact same hairstyle is wild! But I am greatful!

Terrible experience. They can’t braid. Gave me an appointment with someone who can’t braid and their excuse was that the braider who can actually braid left and is not coming back. Very unprofessional. The braider who ended up doing my hair after 30 minutes of waiting couldn’t do simple a straight back cornrows on natural hair and didn’t have any gel or products to use.

I’m angry because my daughters father took my daughter to get my daughters hair braided and was put to the side when another person walked in to get her hair braided. I was so livid because men don’t know better, he tipped and everything. We will not touch another one of those shops.

I had a terrible experience at this place. From the moment I arrived, I felt very unwelcome. The staff kept speaking in a bitter manner, assuming I wouldn’t understand, but I do hear some French. I could hear them complaining about my hair being thick and long, saying they were tired—even though I had asked before my appointment if they were comfortable working with my hair type. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. If they weren’t willing or able to do the job, they should have been honest instead of making me feel uncomfortable the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional experience.
