This place is an absolute gem. Have yet to have an experience that was not above and beyond. The techs on hand are knowledgeable and have been on the staff for years. The minimal turn over is a big green flag for me that the owners and upper management are doing something right. Pat is a go to must for a relaxing Swedish massage (my preferred package being the Akoya Signature) and Renee is a queen of deep tissue and sports massage. The spa itself is impeccably clean and the ambiance is soft and quiet. It’s the full package for a day of pampering.

I was gifted a certificate from my sister for my birthday. It was the best gift I have ever received. I got the shirabe package. Which included a facial and spa. I got the lavender smell add-on and hot stones. As soon I came I was greeted right away and given a welcome tea and chocolate. It was delicious. Then my massage came first and facial second. The room was very clean. The aesthetic was exactly what I expected. Brittany and Pat both were professional and did an amazing job on the services. Thank you, I will be back again very soon. I left feeling light on my feet and extremely relaxed.

Christina is wonderful! I booked a last minute appointment late at night because for the past week I was unable to sleep due to back pain. I came in and Christina got right into it and by the time the appointment was over my pain is completely gone. She had did the perfect amount pressure and massaging. Since it was my first time I had the Akoya signature massage package (amazing deal for the price!) Christina was able to perfectly pin point the parts of my back and shoulder that have been in pain for the last week. The beds are very comfortable and everyone was very sweet. Peaceful and clean areas and I will definitely be back!

I booked my mother a session of acupuncture here, she’s had many sessions in New York, and what she got was not what we paid for. She was not consulted about the notes put in for her reservation. I’m very disappointed in this service and on top of it they added a 17% tip after being told not to. Would not recommend

I'm deeply hurt and disappointed by the way I was treated by the owner, Judy, while I was there waiting for my mom to be finished with her appointment. I sat quietly in the lobby with my daughter, out of the way, not bothering anyone. Judy approached me multiple times, harassing me, and asking me to move to another sitting area to which I kept replying, no thank you. She then stated that the bench I was sitting on was "unstable" implying that I was too fat to sit there. (I'm overweight and very petite but not so morbidly obese that I would damage furniture and even if I were and the bench was truly "unstable" then that is a liability waiting to happen and the establishment is actively discriminative against people who are overweight.)
