Called ahead of time, made appointment. Got there, the lady asked if I wanted her to do my nails, I said yes, then another lady walked in and she told me she had an appointment. The lady who did do my nails, never asked me what I wanted. I wanted full set, longer nails. She cut the tops the right length, then shortened them. The acrylic is so think and uneven. I asked her to thin them. She shortened them. I'm so disappointed. $90 wasted. I've taught students who did better than this. Never again.

BEWARE! Took my daughter here to get her nails done for her formal. She showed them a picture of the color nail she wanted along with the color of her dress ( which was coral). My daughter asked them to paint 1 nail and test the color when she seen it was not correct she told them and they continued painting. When I picked her up to pay her nails and toes were hot pink! I spoke up and told them this was not the color we asked for nor the color that was shown to them on the phone. They went back and forth amongst themselves and I was then called rude for speaking up. They did correct the color after going back and forth with me about the color. It's a shame every time you go here the price is never the same. The price continues to increase each time I come for basically the same service.

This is thirty minutes after leaving. They wiped off all of my lotion and left me dryer than when I went in. Not to mention they barely scrub your feet, I actually had loose pieces of skin that they'd scrubbed up still attached to my heels and they were still hard. And finally my French tips were crooked and not completely filled in. You can especially see the curve on my big left toe. Stopped in for an emergency pedicure and I should have just driven to South Boston. Waste of $33

I love my nails and the guy who did my nails took his time on them 🙂also loved how my nails actually lasted a long time and the cost was well worth it. Very satisfied 🙂

This place has really gone down hill in the last 10 years. I went yesterday and the guy used the pumice stone on the upper part of my heel and rubbed the skin off causing a sore that cause me to bleed. He then saw me bleeding and said “I didn’t do that”. I told him it was okay and proceeded with the pedicure. He didn’t trim or remove any skin from around my toe nails. He also did not trim or file my toe nails. And the massage lasted all of 30 seconds. $50 later and my polish is peeling the next day.
