AJ's BARBER SHOP

Hello, I am writing to formally document a negative experience at AJ's Barber shop a few days before Christmas. When I called ahead, I was told the shop was open, so I drove there. Upon arrival, the stylist was sitting in the first brown chair on her phone and did not acknowledge me until I had to ask whether the shop was open. When I explained the haircut I wanted, she sighed and responded dismissively, “bald fade.” I felt disrespected but chose to stay only because other shops were fully booked and I needed a haircut. While I was there, a gentleman walked in with his three children and asked if they could get haircuts. The stylist replied, “Not right now.” The customer immediately recognized her poor attitude, apologized for bothering her, and left. I understand that working alone c

My husband went in here for a haircut today and it was AWFUL! The barber, Nicole, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She left his beard and hair completely unblended and made rude comments throughout the entire cut. He will not be back.

Two of the stylists there were great, but that young girl they recently hired has a terrible attitude. I came in one day five minutes after opening, and she wouldn’t even speak to me. She was staring at the cash register fiddling around. I finally asked if they’re open and after 10-15 seconds, she said “yeah”. I pointed out that her open sign wasn’t on and she ignored me. After about a minute of awkward silence, I just turned around and left. That will be the last time I ever go to that place.

I call at 9 am when they open 3 times no answer drive to ajs make an appointment with a young lady for 11am i come back sit down ask for a bald fade oh i cant do that and the person who can wont be in until monday so thanks for wasteing my morning could have gone aroundbthe corner amd waited and been cut now i get to waste my day just trying to get a fade at a barbershop thats bullcrap its more like supercuts......

Tried for the first time. Love the new cut. Nicole was amazing. Thanks for the awesome cut
