Wild and crazy I was charged $70 for my nails to be ripped off after asking for a soak off twice, tips put on, 3 uneven coats of builders gel, 2 uneven coats of black nail polish, an uneven coat of cats eye nail polish that looked like it was from the dollar store, and a coat of glossy polish. No thickness at all, no filing, no shaping cause they don’t match, an no smoothing of anything. This was Sunday and.here I am Tuesday with one tip already popped of and the one next to it on its way out too. The 2 stars is only because the pedicure I got although was freezing looks good.

A zero star nail shop! No hygiene, no sense of customer service and very dishonest. I got an infection from this place. Tim did my nails I asked for a full set. That was my second time coming he did the previous full set. And as he was doing my nails, I notice that he didn’t remove the old nails so I mentioned it to him. He told me I don’t need a full set but just a “refill” to not worry he knows what he’s doing. When he was done I didn’t like it, he cut me multiple times. I knew it was my last there. Two weeks later I started having pain on my fingernails so I tried to remove it and saw that it was infected. I went back to them for see what need to be done and remove the remaining nails. There should be a negative rating option. This was the worst pedicure I had!!!! For $65!!! 1. He trimmed all of my toe nails too short. My right big toe was so short and uneven that I asked for acrylic so it matched my left toenail. He set the acrylic too thick. It's ugly. 2. Look at how sloppy the french tips look! No clean lines. He also set the small toe acrylic too thick. It looks fake. Picture attached. 3. He cut my right big toe skin. It hurt. Picture attached. 4. He broke my existing acrylic on my left small toe with the electric nail tool. So, he glued it. That didnt work!!! It is almost off now, only 3 hours later. 5. I asked for red many times!!! If I could give zero stars I would. AJ, the one that sits in chair #1 is so unprofessional. I went in for a mani and pedi and was not happy with either service. I told them before we finished that I was not satisfied but they didn’t care. He told me that if I didn’t want to come back I didn’t have to. All because they can’t cover your whole nail when doing overlay and I politely called them out on it. He told my husband that it’s quantity over quality, so I couldn’t get a refund. $105 for man and pedi. I wouldn’t refer a dog to this place. When my husband came in AJ had a completely different tone. Smh

I visited them in December and actually had a great experience. My nails lasted about 14 days, no complaints. I went today, with a different nail technician and asked for a pedicure without nail polish and a regular manicure. Pedicure went fine although way less attention to detail. Once she worked in my hands, before I had the chance to even think about it, she had put lotion but didn't even ask me if I wanted polish or stopped to check my nails. I ended up with nails with a ton of ridges, scaling, not in the right shape, and with traces of my gel nail polish on them (pictures below). I guess the service really depends on who you get as your nail technician. I sadly won't be coming back since I feel like some of my money was wasted and I couldn't wait to get home to file my nails...after
