Aissa Professional Hair Braiding

If i could do zero stars i would. My braider was so rude i informed her that i got a piercing that still hurts, its like she purposefully kept coming it, thumbing it with her fingers. She braided so tight when i said something she called me a crybaby. She asked what i wanted i told her to stop pushing me, pushing and tugging my hair. To be gentle with my body she then looked at me like i said something wrong. They constantly argued. Would no put a middle part in my hair. I’m crying because i just can not understand.

I do NOT RECOMMEND!!! I am currently sitting in the chair and I am so disgusted at the service. I came by,to set an appointment , paid a deposit because they claim if you leave a deposit, you will not have to wait. So I get here one hour before my appointment and they asked if I could come back at 2, I said no because you specifically said if I leave a deposit, that would guarantee me a spot.. Well after I refused, they asked one of the girls to ask if I would come back and 2 and they would have 2 braiders, so I agreed. when I got back, they were still not ready, I again expressed concern and the same girl asked me to come outside bc I asked for my deposit back and I told them, I was not coming back, they told me to wait a few minutes which turned into 3 hours, they did not start on my hai

My hair looks amazing and they did a wonderful job. Definitely the place to get your hair braided.I booked my appointment at the last minute and they took me the same day. There were three of them in my head at the same time which made them finish faster.

I do not recommend this service due to the poor experience I had. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but the stylist did not arrive until 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:40 a.m. and was the second person in line, but the third person was served before me. My stylist arrived at 9:04 a.m. and did not begin working on my hair until 9:30 a.m. The service was not completed until 6:15 p.m. Throughout the experience, I was disappointed by the unprofessional atmosphere, which included loud conversations amongst the staff and frequent interruptions. Additionally, the environment was not clean. As a result, I will not return to this establishment.

The services here was horrible theses people don’t care how they part your hair thinking you will never notice I got box braids and had to take them down in 2 days because the lady didn't care how she was parting my hair it was sloppy work and I got severe bumps in the back of my head in just 2 days
