UPDATE: I spent $300 on my bulk Boho human hair just for it to be falling out every single time I run my hands through my hair. I just never happened to me before and honestly I’m very disappointed in the service because I spent my hard money on the hair itself and the service . while I was getting my hair done, I even asked her could she seal the ends because I know that they’re gonna come out and she could they told me that they won’t come out. my hair is falling out one by one everything is unraveling. So pissed off . Waste of time AND money To be honest… I love my hair :) BUT the service itself was not very ideal for me. I got there around 9pm ended at 5:30am (as expected… no complaints about that) The woman who did my hair charged $20 for a wash and literally used one hand to wash

When you walk in, the shop is crowded. There’s nowhere to hang your coat, and nothing is provided to protect your clothes. I showed the stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted. The result did not match the picture. I asked for it to be taken out. She said she would fix it, but she didn’t. The owner gave me a discount and offered for someone else to redo it if I came back. I will not be returning. The shop is not clean. The staff is rude. I am Muslim and understand what is being said. The comments made were disrespectful. No customer should spend money and feel talked about. My braids are already coming out in the back shortly after getting them done. I have pictures of what I requested and what I received. This is my second time visiting Aisha Hair Braiding. I had an amazing experience the first time and this time as well. Mballo is the best , book her for your next braid and or twist hairstyle. Everyone here is lovely and accommodating. Thank you ! I'll be back again!
