Great service. Doesn't take forever. The only issue I have is that some of the customers disrespectful to put it nicely. They like to make jokes about other customers.

I used to love going to this Braiding salon but no longer will they be receiving my business. I asked for Tree Braids and was told they use wet and wavy human hair. I was ok with that to try something different. First of all it took 6 hours which I’ve never had tree braids installed take more than 2 1/2-3 hours. Secondly the hair was awful and definitely NOT wet and wavy like I was told. Lastly the hair irritated the heck out of the back of my head to which I had to take the braids out after one week and it broke the back of my hairline out which looks like I have razor bump. The hair had me itching so bad and my scalp so irritated and tender. I will never go back there and then they have the nerve to charge $200. i've been going here for quite some time & i have actually recommended a good bit of people. i do not recommend, my mom went around 3 in the afternoon for small waist length knotless..($260) so i figured she would have been done no later than 10pm or a little over, it is going on 2am & she is still there. Most braiders do not take accountability for some issues regarding to the time span which can be understood but it is still unacceptable! she was not accomdated nor did she feel comfortable, i feel terrible reccomending her here & on top of that she has to be at work at 6:45😄 yes, 0/10!

I went there today for knotless waist length box braids. They were a little late opening my appointment was at 7:00 am. Everyone was pleasant. I asked the young lady doing my hair to not braid so tight because I have a sensitive scalp. She was awesome. She constantly checked on me, and she did not hurt me at all. My braids came out nice and neat. This is my first time getting braids at an African Hair Braiding Salon. I highly recommend.

The salon was clean and no drama!!! The staff was very professional. I showed Blessing a picture of my the hairstyle that I wanted and she gave me the exact hair style. If I need my hair braided again. I will most definitely go back!!! The young lady is who braided my hair name was Blessing.
