Can not speak more highly of Kathy and the Airmarine team. Brought in 50 year old props to get tuned up and a few weeks later ended up with reasonable cost replacements that have outperformed my expectations the first sea trial. It should be noted that Kathy knew my props before I even placed them on the counter, and she worked very diligently to recommend and find the most effective replacement for my vessel based off my rpm/speed/weight numbers crossed with her own research. The process takes time, but the outcome was excellent. Knowledge and experience second to none. I didn't have to use the service, but a diver is available as well. Recommend getting there in the fall/early winter and give the shop time to work magic.

Bought a propeller there after I found a good sized rock in the river. I explained what I was dealing with, with not accelerating well, excessive fuel usage and performance was a joke. My original request of buying a propeller that was allergic rocks was a stretch, but I tried......... After giving all the details to Kris on the phone she said she thinks she has a propeller that would work much better that the present dia and pitch I had. The people there are very helpful and knowledgeable , they take the time to make sure things are right. They could have just sold the same prop and I would have the same results, BUT they didn't, they helped with trying to find a solution. Horrible experience at the counter walk in this morning. After many attempts to identify an issue with my boat and several hundred dollars later, Kathy treated me like a P.O.S in front of another employee because she apparently had a bad morning. Well that is not my problem as a customer, I kept my cool and walked out but guarantee this will be my last visit

I purchased a new propellor from Airmarine for my (rather unique) boat at the beginning of the season. After some sea trials we discovered performance was initially not what we expected so I contacted Kathy who immediately sourced a new propellor and had her diver come to my slip and replaced it - at no additional charge. New performance is exactly what we'd hoped and can't say enough about the great customer service received here. It's rare to find anyone in the marine industry that goes above and beyond, but Airmarine does.

Discovered my Strut prop was bent from a anchor line last year. I thought this season was a wash. AIRMARINE came through and did an awesome job and got it straight.
