I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years, but despite that, today my spot was given to someone else because I arrived 5 minutes late—with no call or warning. I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the next opening. This is not how you treat or retain long-standing customers.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time because I genuinely enjoy their services — especially their gel pedicures, which I always recommend. However I can’t ignore their unprofessionalism, and I now see it reflected in other reviews as well. Not even ten minutes after I sent a tip, I received a message in Spanish saying, “I think you don’t like the job,” simply because the tip wasn’t large. They have no idea what my financial situation is, and they should appreciate that I tipped at all. A tip is a courtesy, not an obligation. I was so embarrassed by the message that I even went back and sent more, which I should never have felt pressured to do. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering returning.

Such an amazing, beautiful place. The place is IMMACULATE! They respect social distancing, and, the seats have plexi glass. The staff is eager to assist which is a plus. The staff is super nice. The staff assisted my mother with a beautiful pedicure package, and wow, they went the extra mile and through some extra services free of charge. Please come!

We were walk-ins and we were 30 minutes before they opened. They opened up for us and we got two amazing gel manicures. The spa is very clean and the service is excellent

My recent visit to Ainslie Beauty Lounge was a disappointing experience. As the last customer of the day, I left feeling frustrated due to the staff's rude behavior, both in their facial expressions and the way they responded to my questions about pricing and aftercare policies. While I'm willing to pay more for better service and products, the staff claimed they had already informed me about the price for the chrome manicure. I politely requested the technician to slow down during the initial cleaning, but to my dismay, she used my words against me, suggesting that my discomfort was the reason for the subpar manicure. There are pumping in every nails and they claimed that it was from me moving so much during her providing service. I would understand if it happened to just a few nails .
