Ainslee is an incredibly skillful massage therapist. Every time I book a session, I feel like a new person afterward. I love to run and I rely on her with any little injuries and she is a crucial part of my recovery after a race or during peak weeks of training. I literally could not walk when I went to see her after a marathon. An hour of being on her table later and I could walk without limp or pain! Her space is beautiful, clean, calming: it really feels like a magical oasis. I cannot recommend her more and am just grateful that someone of her caliber is here in Rockland.
