Booking my appointment was incredibly easy, and I appreciated the helpful reminders leading up to the day. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm welcome that instantly put me at ease. The technician was incredibly friendly, gentle, and explained every step of the process thoroughly. She checked in on me throughout, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with my new brows — they look incredible! I had the best first experience at AILA Oasis. I scheduled a lash lift with Lou and she was also able to laminate my eyebrows during my appointment as well. I couldn’t be more happy with the results! As someone who almost never wears make up I didn’t want anything too dramatic and she helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. Booking and payment was a breeze and the location in Melbourne is perfect with plenty of parking. I will definitely be back 🤗

I absolutely love this spa! It’s not only gorgeous and spotless, but the entire staff is so warm and welcoming. I regularly get my lashes done here and couldn’t be happier — they last a full 3 weeks, which is amazing considering I used to need fills every week. The quality of the products and attention to detail are top notch. I also recently had permanent lip blush done and I’m obsessed with the results! Bella and Lou are the best — so talented and professional. I’m so happy I found this place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality beauty services in a beautiful and relaxing setting!

I cannot recommend Aila Oasis enough! The salon is beautiful and squeaky clean. The service is top notch and the quality of services are excellent! Lou has been my lash artist for over a year now and I have never once been unhappy with her work! Not only do my lashes look beautiful but the retention is unmatched.
