I want this review to highlight the top tier professionalism and integrity of Aicha’s Hair Braiding. I came to the shop for a postpartum style as my son was due any day. I noticed after labor and delivery my hair was starting to unravel. Knowing that I wouldn’t be able to go to the shop to get it fixed, I reached out to the owner. After investigating my situation further, they apologized for the inconvenience and reimbursed me at what I consider a fair amount. Honest workers who hold their business moral to a high standard.

Been sliding In here for years! I met them when I was their Uber driver lol. I just came on in one day with my rider and that’s when it all happened. They feed me, shampoo my hair, give great hugs and inspiration. I feel like I’m family every time I come in. The thing that lets me know I am not, lol I can’t braid a lick. Hands down 10/10 I highly recommend. I’m delighted to see the upgrades and expansion which has made the experience even better. I love it here and I ain’t EVER switching up! Did I mention I have my edges and they have growing hands? Ok bye!

Long wait time and over crowded if you don't mind go for it but took 2 hours before I was seated(had appointment but does not matter, pull a number and be seated). I requested a service for small boho Knotless and when I showed the picture braider got upset stating too small and speaking language with others in an aggressive manner. When I asked if everything was good she said no English. The braids were okay not worth the hype and not quality for the price. When I got home I lost a lot of curls and still falling out as the curls at the end is not secured enough. I won't feed into another social media trend again it's a gamble you might get a good braider than maybe not so good braider. Possibly over worked and tired next time I will stick to my personal braider. I was shown one side befor

I never write a review about a business, but I think it’s necessary to inform customers about the bad practices of this business. This was my second time going to Aicha’s, and unfortunately the first time was better than the second. I arrived at 6 a.m. after being told to be there at that time due to an appointment. We stood outside for 30 minutes because they were late opening the doors. My braider didn’t arrive and start on my hair until 10:30 a.m. due to the receptionist’s error in relaying the appointment to the braider. He is the guy that handles all the texts and appointments, and clearly he is overworked and needs extensive training on customer service. Instead of taking accountability of not communicating to the braider, he told me to “next time say her name again if we confirm the

I am extremely upset by the experience my 8-year-old daughter had at this salon while she was there with her grandmother. During her appointment, she was burned, and water ran down her back, soaking her shirt. My mother had to use a towel to wipe her off, so it was very obvious something had happened. My daughter even screamed when it occurred, yet instead of immediately showing concern, the braider denied that anything happened. What was even more disturbing was that staff then asked to see where she was burned, as if they didn’t believe her — despite the fact that she cried out in pain and her shirt was visibly wet. Rather than responding with empathy or checking on a child who had just been hurt, the situation was treated like an inconvenience or exaggeration. No apology was given. T
