Absolutely wonderful service. Normally takes about 6 hours for any other braid shop to get finished with my hair. With 2 people working hard they got done in under 4. It was well worth the price that I paid. They staff all ladies were Absolutely wonderful even when they had rude people trying to come in and be rude. They held themselves with the upmost professionalism and kindness ever. I will definitely be back. Maybe this time for a little different design. WONDERFUL JOB!!! ALL 10 STARS!!!!!

I was scheduled with a new stylist to get small knotless braids, mid-back. However, she canceled the day before so I decided to try Aicha Hair braiding again because I had a good experience once before. Disclaimer!!!! If you need quick service, same day appointment, affordable pricing, no deposit, hair included, no charge to blow-dry... this place is for you. I got there at 7:30am, I was done in 2 HOURS for $200!!!! I was so happy with the results, there were 4 people on my head!! I loved it!! I recommend bringing a picture of what you want, cash only, if you forget, no worries, bank of America and Wells Fargo next door ($4 fee), literally. Thank me later...💎💎💎💎10 STARS

I wanted to like this place so bad because it was recommended by a friend, but however, this is the third time I went there and asked for knotless braids and got box braids. The braiders are not skilled enough to give you what you want. I was there yesterday from 5pm to 1am for medium knotless not even boho and still got box braids. I honestly tried plus I was over charged $250 and I hate my hair I will not be going back.

I’ve been coming to this shop for over 10 years, but sadly the quality and service have gone downhill. I guess it's the viral promotions that has gone to their heads, but enough is enough. The attitudes of the braiders have become more dismissive and flippant when customers raise concerns. They've been outright rude for justifiable concerns. Prices have increased significantly (sometimes $100 more), yet the results are nowhere near what they used to be. On several occasions this year, I left with hair sticking out of my braids and styles that looked rushed and uneven. They're braiding larger in the back and smaller around the perimeter. For the price, the work should be polished and professional. What’s worse is that the shop no longer feels as efficient. They used to have extended hours

I love my braids but HATE how all my BOHO pieces keep ending up everywhere including private areas. My services was HORRIBLE .. did not get her name.. I recommend this shop to anyone but the braider/stylist needs to be more professional!
