DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS HAIR SHOP EVER PLEASE!!!! I went in one week before my appointment to show the woman my hair she said that the starting price was $120 and that she knew the style I wanted and for me to come back the following Saturday at 10 am I come at 10 am and the hairdressers are more than half an hour late and the salon isn’t open and not only that I do not have a lady even touching my hair until nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes later after that they decided to tell me that now they’re starting price is $200 which was not agreed but the woman lied and said that I wanted my hair braided back and that’s now I’ve changed it to single plats at the back she proceeded to say that she never met me before and she only met me today and I never booked an appointment with her which was bla

I came into this establishment to get my hair braided, when I walked it it was about 10:01am and there was about three people waiting with two workers. I said Good morning I’d like to get my hair box braided the lady that was washing a customers hair looked at me and said “Not right now” very rude and aggressively. So I said okay when she said not right now again. I restated “when is the perfect time to come back?” She said 2 or 3. I left and went to another local hair braiding hair salon around the area. It’s to earlier for you to be rude to customers and you shouldn’t be rude to any customers specially if I’m coming out of my pocket $200 & up! I wouldn’t recommend them!

She did red lemonade braids down to my butt. I am very tender headed and she didn’t cause me discomfort at all besides some tender spots on my head but nothing I couldn’t handle… which is a big deal because I cannot handle it at all. She was quick and only needed to see the photo 3 times. She did such an amazing job I am going back this morning for a new style. I traveled from the Bronx just to go to her

It was 3:00 on a Saturday and I wanted jumbo Beyonce Lemonade braids, the owner was too busy getting her hair done. She asked me if I can come back tomorrow due to the fact her hair was more important. If I wanted to get my hair done on a Sunday, I would of came on a Sunday! Don't waste your time going there! Not professional at all!! I am one that supports black businesses period, but when you are unprofessional with a nonchalant not giving a damn attitude. No recommendation from me!!

I came In around 9 to get my hair braided in cornrows before I had work at 2. When entered I asked for the style was put in a washing chair and told to detangle my hair before she wash it even thought my hair isn’t long nor easily tangled my hair was washed in 5 minutes maybe less then I was told I had to wait because the other hairdresser needed help finishing SOMEONE ELSES box braid a little girl at that. I explained I had to go to work at 2 and the woman said well I can leave then. And when I tried to leave she tried to lock me in the store because I refused to pay for a wash! So freaking unprofessional.
