I went to get a hair cut on 12/29 and waited 45min she skipped me because she an appointment. So I decided to make a appointment for me and my two kids on 12/30 at 4:30 pm, o showed up at 4:25 and checked in I waited until the customer was done it was 4:58 pm and when I asked her why she put some one in front of me she told me she couldn’t control how fast they cut hair!! She told me to wait or leave I said it’s ok I’ll wait but it’s not okay to schedule appointments if you can not keep up with the designated time, then she told me I wasn’t going to tell her how to run her business and told me to leave!!! I give this place the worst ratting I’ve ever been to.

The welcome felt unprofessional. One of the staff members, wearing a soccer jersey, made some critical remarks when I entered, which was off-putting. It would be helpful if management provided guidance on customer interactions. However, I’m giving 5 stars to the stylist who cut my hair—she was incredibly patient and exceeded my expectations with the haircut!

I would highly recommend this place. I been coming here for years and have always received great service. Regardless of who cuts your hair here everyone is highly qualified.

Really bad service, I tried to call about their medicine, and the lady told me I had to go in for them to tell me if they have the medicine I need. I live 50 min away from this place! She didn’t seem like wanting to help, more like she didn’t want to help than she couldn’t help.
