After 3 attempts in one day my conclusion is they do not specialize in twist and have no clue what the difference is between Marley twist, kinky twist and Senegalese twist. Very rough on head very rigorous! Does not honor 24 hr services as advertised. Owner made severa attempts to rectify my issue my hairstyle was better but still not what I wanted or paid for. A week later after the stiffness wore out I discover one of my twist was cut & unfinished. The lady who did my front twists are intact and good length but the lady named Mama who did the back did not do a great job. Twist in the back are unraveling, hair coming out, shorter/thinner and uneven.

$255 dollars for Knotless braids….When you select a braid size, recommend also agreeing on the box size. Been there several times, my boys have been there as well for lock maintenance.

Called the day before and was scheduled to come in at 10am next day. The new manager greeted me at the door, went over the pricing, and the ladies were ready to take me as soon as I walked in. Both Momo and Louise worked on my hair and did a GREAT JOB! very neat, not a lot of loose hair, and Done in about 5 hours like she said. Thanks ladies! (I added the gold string myself)

This is my second time coming to this shop and i absolutely love the ladies working there! They are very sweet and have a soft touch when braiding your hair. I got Senegalese twist, got there at 11 and four hours later I was completed. Definitely recommend and will be back next time ❤️

Im glad I moved back to the north side this place has always been my go to over the years. Received my starter locs today Fabulous! ✨️ job! Great service nice stylist. Comfortable new small location. You won't be disappointed
