I got knotless braids done here and the service was amazing! They included a free wash, which made the whole experience feel so much more luxurious. Everyone was super professional and friendly, and they even had great snacks to keep me comfortable throughout my appointment. My braids came out neat, lightweight, and exactly how I wanted them. Definitely my new go-to braid shop!

I was recommended by the daughter. When I seen her braids I really liked them. I knew I was going to visit my daughter and so I made an appointment and hands down Im very impressed. Love my braids. Im very particular about my braids but they done an great job. Also the atmosphere is warming. All the ladies are so polite and funny. They make sure your visit is pleasant and comfortable. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

I first saw this Braid Lounge on TT. One of their clients made a comment on how welcoming and nice the ladies and the owner were. I decided to go see for myself and as soon as I walked in the stylists turned to me with smiles and welcomed me right in. The one lady with the glasses (sorry I didnt catch her name) came right over to me asked me how could she help me. We immediately started talking about styles and hair types. She even brought out different types of hair colors for me to chose from. I quickly made my appointment. My appointment was this morning Dec 5th and again I was met with warm smiles from the owner/stylist and the customer that was already there. We all clicked it felt like we had known each other for years. The owner asked me what type of braids I wanted I couldn't decid

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I was welcomed and immediately sat. Two young ladies came over to go through the entire process before we got started. Which made me feel even more comfortable. One braider got started on my hair and we had such a pleasant exchange of conversation. They even provided drinks and snacks. Later, she switched with her daughter who was just as polite and attentive. Everyone in the shop had such great spirits. I’m so satisfied not with just my hair, but my experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Was able to book a same day appointment with no hassle. Very professional. Communication was great! Braids are neat, worth the price. Hair is provided. They also offer snacks and wine
