I went for Starter Locs. Lauren is phenomenal! Great vibes from the start. She was very informative when I asked questions and voiced concern about my hair and scalp; very engaging and a total "no judgement" zone. Her shop is immaculate and she wiped down every surface before and after seating me and another client at the shampoo bowl, her chair and the dryer; making me feel safe to be there. DEFINITELY going back to have her maintain my locs and I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!!

February 23, 2023, I had my first visit with Lauren. I am transitioning from chemicals on my hair to natural hair. I was very comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. She was very patient and informative. I WILL definitely be going through this process with her.

This was my first appointment with Lauren and I was *long* overdue for a microloc retie. Lauren was patient and offered up great conversation. I recently moved to the Dallas area and I am happy to find a loctician who takes their time and has affordable prices. Thank you Lauren :)
