They only get 1 star because their customer service is horrible. My appointment was at 12:00 but they did not start on my hair until after 1:00pm and I wasn’t informed that the braider was running late or that they did not have any change.. They also did not subtract my deposit after asking them to do so and they did not even have change for cash so I was forced to give a substantial tip, which I felt wasn’t justified. While the salon was nice, it was quiet and the braiders did a good job, the lack of professionalism (including not having a till) has turned me off from returning. If I do return, I’ll make sure I have exact change since they prefer cash

This was my first experience and Ms. Bridget and her team are very professional. Ms. Bridget washed my hair and I promise you I didn't want her to stop. Followed by my braided, she took her time and helped me pick out colors before she started. Then she started, when I tell you she gripped my visions, thoughts, goals and dreams she did. My hair was very short! This is the place to go!
