Watched this specific barber getting so irritated with this special need kid that he grabbed him aggressively more than once. Other barbers were trying to calm him down telling him that’s he is just a kid but he kept going… patience is key in this job and sir you didn’t handle it well at all. If you touch an autistic kid or his tablet and he doesn’t respond well, maybe just walk away. All professional should do some awareness training to avoid uncomfortable situation or lawsuit.

Today I visited your salon, but unfortunately no proper effort was made to fix my hair correctly. Even though I clearly emphasized that I wanted it done according to the photo I showed, the haircut was done carelessly and unevenly. Instead of correcting the issue, they only tried to cover the imbalance by applying gel. I was not satisfied with the result at all. In addition, the salon environment was not clean; hair was scattered around the floor and was not cleaned in a timely manner. The person responsible for cutting my hair also spent most of the time talking or using their phone instead of focusing on the service. I am sharing this feedback purely as a customer, with the intention of helping improve the quality of your service

Went here twice, loved it. The cut was relaxing, got major compliments. Good vibes there. Please bring cash, because the ATM is very expensive. Definitely good barber to stay with. Will come again soon. Like tomorrow. Will add pics for you.

My Uncle the late Mr Amo GOTTFRIED has been going to that barbar shop over 10 years, because they are good and excellent customer service. My Uncle WOFA AMO introduced me to them and I can fully testify that they are the best African or Ghanaian barbar shop in the Maryland

This has been my go to place for a cut since I moved downtown 2 years ago. I usually get my cuts from Kay - he's been great for me. Ask for him or get his card to make an appointment! They are often available for walk ins. Definitely a place you should consider!
