The reviews are CORRECT on the braider not arriving on time for an appointment. My appointment was at 9:30AM and it is AFTER 11am and I’m still waiting in my car 😤. UPDATE: The salon is clean. So I will give another star ⭐️ for that.

I’m from out of town. I was really skeptical at first because I didn’t know any stylist here and I only could go off reviews online. Not only do I love my an hair( and her Beautiful black skin ) MS Sarata Execute my hair just the way I need her to she will be my stylist for the duration of my stay here in Durham. I really appreciate her taking her time listening to how I wanted my box braids I would’ve recommend her to anybody. She is perfect. Her hands are touched by angel.

My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, she constantly lied and told my sister and I that she was on the way. We waited for HOURS! I left and then she convinced me to come back because we came from out of town. Then once I finally got my hair done, she barely wanted to give me a percentage off. The girl who did my hair did a good job but it started coming apart within like a day. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Go here if you want to waste your time. When I showed her pictures of the hair unraveling once again she lied and said she would refund me some more money and never did. I’m not the habit of giving bad reviews, especially with a black owned business, but it was completely unprofessional.

I spent $280 & this is what I left the salon with. I was there at 10am after calling to verify my appointment which she said will be there but did not arrive until 11:30am almost noon; once there I sat in the chair and had the worst service ever. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but the reviews were accurate and the service here is absolutely horrible. They don’t even offer water for their clients or show any type of hospitality. If you go here just know you’re not going to be satisfied. I showed a picture of the braids with color how I wanted my knotless braids however got what I got instead….Sarah Fe I thought you were better than that.

Sarah and Elizabeth did such a great job on my hair! They had such a clean salon and got me in the same day! They were pretty busy, but that did not stop them from doing 4 heads at once. They made sure everyone was in and out and still had neat and tidy parts and braids. I appreciate them so much! Highly recommend
