African Hair Braiding just braids

Cheers to Fanta at Just Braids for doing my Sinagalese Twists. This was my first time and she did not disappoint. I had questions on top of questions from the product and techniques she was using to the length and size of my twists. She made sure before she continued that I was pleased. She even encouraged me at one point to look at my hair while she was braiding to make sure that I was satisfied. She answered each question with kindness, patience, and with professionalism. I went yesterday and showed the lady what I wanted kinky twist and the color I wanted. When she started my hair I told her this look like Senegalese twist. When she got down I stated this is not what I paid for. I called her and than left a text message about me being unhappy. She called me back and said that if I take my hair down it’ll be $80, or I can take them down myself and come back today for a redo. She said or I can come back later and she’ll give me a $40 discounts my next style. I have been there plenty of times and it’s always a bad experience. Well this will be the last time I spend my money there. She said what I showed her was passion twist and not kinky twist. She curled the hair with curl rollers and kinky twist or passion twist is curled with a string, not Jeri curl rolle

The daughter candy did my hair great the 1st time this time I asked for butterfly locs nd got some other big ugly locs, her mother told me what hair to get which was wrong and they didn’t give me a full refund or partial, the mother was very unprofessional . 👇🏽what I asked for verses what I got nd paid 240 for bs

Very unprofessional don't know what they are doing or just don't care once you give them money before they finish they don't care how your hair looks just rushes to get done I got starter locs they are all different sizes one side looks way different from other side it has only been a week they are unraveling because they didn't get dry under the dyer like it was supposed too because they were in a rush to leave I paid $160. Not worth it waste my money and time 😡

I would not recommend anybody to come here worst experience of my life I paid nearly $300 to get my hair braided it’s no way my hair been up almost 2 weeks and it already look old. Like they we’re rushing on my head it looks like I have already had it up for months. Never again I am highly upset and they were very rude wen I came in to get my hair done very unprofessional. I wouldn’t dare waste my time or money there ever again and that bad part I was referred by sumone they braid to tight and my edges look nearly gone.
