African hair braiding by aua

Sophie has been doing my year now she is fast and the braids last a while I usually get knotless of boho shes is so bomb! She doesnt talk much but dont think she is rude thats just how she is. The hair always comes out amazing!

My hair looks good. But the parts are definitely crooked and I told the girl she needed to clean them up. My hair was sticking out the braids already. To top it off!!! THEY HAVE ROACHES 🪳 Because she was the only girl there she wanted me to allow her to continuously let people cut in front of me instead of telling them to come back at a later time. I’ve never experienced anything like this! Update: Aua became mad because of the post and reached out to me!!! Terrible terrible customer service!!! And then blame ME because they have roaches! It’s the Audacity!! NASTY WORK!!

Never again. Went in for medium-sized knotless singles and left with 3 different sized braids in my hair. Called the owner, and all she said was “sorry.”

Aua did so nice on my hair. She was quick and it did not hurt that much when she was braiding it. When I called to schedule my appointment, she was very nice telling me what kind of hair to get and disclosed the price over the phone. I recommend this service and I will return.

I was referred to this shop by a friend her braids were decent so I wanted to try them out The first time I went there I got 6 straight backs bra length the braids were nice my parts were terrible not one was straight So I messages Aua because I wanted them the done I couldn’t have her fix them that day because they were very tight and I couldn’t even deal with the pain. Aua said ok but I told her I wanted her to do them fast forward and the parts are better but still not straight and she still charged full price I didn’t expect the to be free but seriously Aua was the only in there with a decent attitude the rest were terrible
